What we build
A wooden wine box starts with a decision: does the buyer need real wood, or the look of wood at a different price point? We make both. Our solid wood boxes are built from pine, paulownia, and oak, with a lid that fits clean and a surface that takes brand marks well. The faux wood line uses rigid board with a wood grain finish, so the box looks the part but weighs less and costs less to ship.
Every wooden wine box we quote is built to a bottle, not to a stock size. You send us the bottle dimensions or the bottle itself, and we set the insert so the bottle sits at four points with no neck or shoulder contact. From there we work through the finish, the closure, the print, and the packing. One factory handles the whole job, from board selection to the final drop test.

How we work
Board standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper. Facing paper starts at 157 g.
Insert rule
The bottle is held at four points. No unsupported neck or shoulder. We test: shake for 10 seconds, tilt 45 degrees, invert. No movement, no slide, no release.
Control tolerances
Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on inserts, plus or minus 2 mm on the box body. Foldable boxes: creases must not crack, magnet position plus or minus 1 mm.
In-house checks
We do a 1.2 m six-face drop with the bottle loaded, stacking at 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and a vibration simulation. If the bottle moves, the insert is reworked.
What you get
Working with us directly means the person quoting your wooden wine box is the same engineer who sets the insert tolerance and checks the magnet position. We do not hand your order to a trading company. You get our in-house checks: a 1.2 meter drop test with the bottle loaded, a 40 kg top load for 24 hours, and a vibration run that simulates truck and sea movement. If the bottle moves, we fix the insert before you ever see the sample.
We will tell you when solid wood is the wrong call. A heavy oak crate for a lightweight retail display adds freight cost without adding shelf appeal. In that case we suggest the faux wood line or a rigid board box with a wood grain paper. The structure still reads as wood, but it weighs a third as much. That is the kind of call a factory-side engineer makes every day, and it is why buyers keep coming back.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
A single-bottle spirits gift box is a rigid presentation piece built around one bottle of whisky, brandy, tequila or another spirit. It suits wineries and distilleries launching a premium SKU, collector editions, corporate gifting and retail display where the bottle is the hero. The box is sized from your physical bottle sample, not from stated capacity, so the insert actually holds.
Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
This is a two-bottle presentation box with doors that open from the center to show both labels at once. The inside faces of the doors are printable, so you get two extra surfaces for origin, vintage, serving notes, or a client message. It suits corporate gifting, collector sets, and retail display where the unboxing moment matters.
Foldable Export Wine Box
A foldable export wine box is a rigid presentation box that ships and stores flat, then erects with magnets and an insert. It suits wineries and exporters who fill locally and need to cut empty-pack storage without losing retail shelf presence. If you fill at the winery and ship full cartons, this is not your box.

What is the difference between solid wood and faux wood wine boxes?
Solid wood boxes are built from pine, paulownia, or oak. They are heavier and carry a higher perceived value, so they suit collector releases and high-end gift sets. Faux wood boxes use rigid board with a wood grain paper finish. They look like wood but weigh about a third as much, which cuts freight cost. The choice comes down to your price point and how the box will be shipped.
Can you make a wooden wine box to fit my specific bottle shape?
Yes. That is the standard way we work. Send us the bottle dimensions or the bottle itself, and we build the insert around it. The insert is cut to hold the bottle at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. We test the sample with a shake, a tilt, and an inversion before we approve it for production.
What if my order is too small for a custom wooden wine box?
We work with flexible MOQ for custom orders. If a solid wood box is over budget at your quantity, we will suggest the faux wood line or a rigid board box with a wood grain finish. The structure still reads as wood, but the unit cost is lower. You still get the same insert testing and pre-shipment checks.
