Eight steps from brief to shipment

Online consultation

You tell us what the box is for, what bottle goes in it, and what look you're after. We ask about quantity, budget range, and any special requirements so we can steer you to the right structure and material.

Design confirmation

We turn your reference or sketches into a workable box design. You approve the structure, dimensions, insert type, and material direction before anything goes to plate.

Plate making and proofing

We make printing plates and produce a pre-production proof. You check the proof against your artwork and sign off on colors, text, and overall appearance.

Machine printing

Your approved design is printed on the facing paper. We match Pantone references and hold color across the run, with extra attention on dark shades like black and deep blue.

Machine lamination

Printed sheets are laminated to greyboard to build panel strength. You don't need to decide anything here, but this step is what keeps the box from warping or delaminating later.

Machine box making

Panels are cut, creased, and formed into box bodies and lids. We check crease quality and corner squareness so the box erects cleanly and stays shut without force.

Hand assembly

Inserts, magnets, ribbons, and handles are set by hand. This is where your bottle fit gets locked in, with the insert holding at four points and no unsupported neck or shoulder.

Quality inspection and packing

Every order gets our in-house checks: drop, stack, and vibration simulation with a bottle loaded. You get photos or video before packing, then boxes are packed for air, sea, or express shipping.

Two Sample Types

A blank sample shows the structure. Same board, same insert, same closure as production, but no printing. You check the fit, the feel, the way the lid closes. A printed sample shows the visual. Your artwork on the actual facing paper, with Pantone colors matched. Blank samples catch structural problems early; printed samples catch color and layout issues. Most buyers order a blank sample first, then a printed sample before mass production. It costs a little time, but it stops a full run of boxes you can't use.

We accept T/T and PayPal. Shipping is by air, sea, or express, depending on your timing and order size. We'll quote the freight with your sample or production order. No surprises.

What Makes It Run Cleanly

The biggest delay is a bottle that doesn't match the drawing. Send the actual bottle, not just dimensions, especially if it's a Burgundy or sparkling shape. We build the insert to hold at four points, and we test with a loaded box: shake for ten seconds, tilt to 45 degrees, invert. If the bottle moves, we adjust the insert until it doesn't. That's why a blank sample is worth it. You can feel the fit before we print a thousand boxes.

Rigid boxes look simple but need discipline. Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on inserts and 2 mm on box bodies. For foldable boxes, creases must not crack, magnets sit within 1 mm of position, and corners are 90 degrees when erected. Dark colors are the hardest to hold: black, deep blue, burgundy. We sample mid-run, not just at the start. If you're choosing a dark facing paper, expect a little more time on approval and a little more care in production.

Buyer questions

Can I use my own bottle with a custom insert?

Yes, and you should. Send us the bottle or its exact dimensions. We build the insert to hold at four points, no unsupported neck or shoulder. Our in-house checks include a shake test, tilt test, and inversion test with your bottle loaded. If it moves, we adjust before production.

What if I only need a small quantity?

We have flexible MOQ for custom orders. Small runs cost more per box because setup is the same, but we'll tell you honestly if a different structure or material would save you money. Sometimes a rigid board box with a wood-look paper does the job for less than solid wood.

How do I know the colors will match my brand?

We match Pantone references and send a printed sample before mass production. You approve the sample, and we keep mid-run samples to check consistency. Dark colors like black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest to hold perfectly, so we sample those more often.
