How the bag is built

The base material is white cardboard. It's coated after printing to add surface texture and a bit of durability. That coating helps the bag hold its shape through handling and keeps the gold foil from wearing off at the edges.

The handle is a three strand rope, set in red. It runs through reinforced points at the top of the bag. You can specify a different rope material or color if your brand uses a particular accent. The bag closes at the top with no extra flap or insert.

Bottle fit and carrying

This bag is made for one bottle. A standard 750 ml wine bottle slides in with room to spare at the top, so the neck doesn't press against the rope holes. We check fit the same way we check our boxes: load a bottle, shake for ten seconds, tilt to 45 degrees, and invert. The bottle should not slide out or shift enough to tear the bag. The rope handle carries the weight without cutting into your hand. If your bottle is unusually tall or wide, send us the dimensions before production and we'll adjust the bag size.

Where it fits

This bag suits winery tasting rooms, holiday gift sets, and retail displays where a single bottle needs a finished look. Is this bag strong enough for a full wine bottle?

It's made from coated white cardboard, which holds a standard bottle without tearing at the seams. We test by loading a bottle, shaking for ten seconds, tilting 45 degrees, and inverting. The bottle should not move or break through.

Can I change the handle to something other than rope?

Yes. The three strand rope is our default for this design. You can choose a different rope material, a different color, or a paper handle. Send us your requirement and we will adjust the structure.
