Premium Felt Wine Bags with Handles

These felt wine bags carry a single bottle with a soft, reusable body and a double handle that's riveted at the stress points. The embossed wine glass pattern gives it a bit of texture without shouting. For wineries, promo teams, and event buyers, it's a practical step up from a paper bag. You get a bag that survives more than one trip, takes a logo cleanly, and fits the bottle shapes you actually ship. Brown, black, and red are the stock colors. If your branding needs a different felt color, we match it. No wood here, just honest fabric that does the job.

  • Thick Eco-Friendly Felt. The body is a dense felt that holds its shape when empty. It's reusable, which fits the current push away from single-use packaging.
  • Double Handles with Rivet Reinforcement. Each handle is fixed with rivets, not just stitching. That's the point that fails first on cheap bags, so we reinforce it from the start.
  • Fits Standard Bottles. Sized for a standard wine bottle, but it also takes most champagne and whiskey bottles. If your bottle is taller or wider, we adjust the pattern.
  • Custom Logo Printing. Silk screen, hot stamping, or embroidery all work on this felt. We'll recommend one based on your logo size and color count.
  • Flexible Size Options. The bag is not one-size-fits-all. We tailor the dimensions to your bottle type so the neck doesn't flop and the base sits flat.

Customisation

Logo printing is the main customization. Silk screen works for simple one or two color designs. Hot stamping gives a metallic finish. Embroidery is best for a textured, premium look. Size is flexible, we adjust the pattern to your bottle type. Felt color is fully customizable, match your brand or event palette. The embossed pattern can be changed or removed. No minimums on any of these, just send your design.

How the bag is built

The body is cut from a single piece of thick felt, then folded and stitched at the sides. The bottom is boxed, not just seamed flat, so the bag stands open on a counter. The handles are cut from the same felt, doubled over, and fixed with metal rivets at the attachment points. That's the weak spot on most bags, the handle tearing away from the body, so we put the reinforcement there.

The embossed pattern is pressed into the felt before assembly. It's a wine glass shape, subtle, and it doesn't interfere with a printed logo on the front. The top edge is left clean, no raw cut. Felt doesn't fray like woven fabric, but we still finish the edge so it looks intentional. The colors are solid through the material, not printed on the surface.

How the bottle sits

A standard 750 ml wine bottle slides in with room to spare, but not so much that it rattles around. The bag is cut to the bottle's diameter, so the base sits flat and the neck stays upright. For champagne or whiskey bottles, we adjust the pattern. A champagne bottle is wider at the shoulder, a whiskey bottle is often shorter and squatter. Tell us your bottle dimensions and we'll make the bag to match. Before anything ships, we run the same checks we use on our boxes: shake the bag with a bottle inside for ten seconds, no movement. Tilt it 45 degrees, the bottle doesn't slide. Turn it upside down, the bottle stays put. If it moves, we re-cut the pattern. That's our internal standard.

Where it works

These bags fit winery tasting rooms, corporate gifts, wedding favors, and retail promotions. A customer walks out with a bottle in a felt bag instead of a paper one, and that bag gets reused. That's a branding win. For a collector's wooden box, this is not the product. It's soft, it's fabric, it won't protect a bottle in shipping. If you need drop protection or a rigid structure, look at our rigid board or solid wood boxes. But if the bottle is handed over in person, this bag is the right tool.

Buyer questions

Can the felt bag hold a heavy champagne bottle without the handles tearing?

Yes. The handles are reinforced with metal rivets at the attachment points, not just stitched. We test with a loaded bottle, shake it for ten seconds, and check the stress points. If the felt or the rivets show any sign of giving, we rework the design before shipping.

What's the best printing method for our logo on this felt?

It depends on your logo. Silk screen is good for bold, simple designs in one or two colors. Hot stamping adds a metallic or foil effect. Embroidery gives a raised, textured look. Send us your logo file and we'll recommend the one that holds up best on thick felt.

We need the bag to fit a non-standard bottle shape. Can you adjust the size?

Yes. Send us the bottle dimensions or a sample. We'll adjust the pattern so the bag fits snugly around the base and shoulder. The same fit checks apply: no movement after a ten-second shake, no slide at 45 degrees, and the bottle won't fall out if inverted.
