Adjust the size if your bottles are a different shape, so the EVA foam insert is cut to your bottle and corkscrew dimensions. Gold trim is always changeable to silver or another metal finish. How the box is built

The base is rigid cardboard. The outside is wrapped in PU leather. That gives the box a leather feel while keeping the weight down. The lid is attached with a hinge, and metal latches hold it shut. A carry handle is fixed to the top. Corners are reinforced so they don't crush in transit.

Inside, a custom EVA foam liner is cut to the shape of two bottles and a corkscrew. It holds each item in place and stops them knocking together. The lining is ready to use. You put the bottles in, close the lid, and the set is complete.

The EVA foam liner is cut for two standard wine bottles and one corkscrew. The bottles sit in the foam with no unsupported neck or shoulder. We shake the loaded box for 10 seconds. No movement. We tilt it 45 degrees. No slide. We invert it. No release. Our control tolerance for the insert is plus or minus 1 mm, and the box body is plus or minus 2 mm. That keeps the foam snug against the bottle without forcing it.

Yes. Send us the bottle height and diameter, or ship a sample bottle. We adjust the EVA foam insert to your bottle dimensions. The two-bottle layout can be changed to one bottle plus a larger accessory space.

Does the PU leather scratch easily?

In daily handling, PU leather is more scratch-resistant than real leather. It will show wear if you drag it across rough surfaces. For retail display, the reinforced corners help a lot. We can use a thicker PU layer if you expect heavy handling.

Can you add a magnetic closure instead of the metal latches?

Yes. If you want hidden magnets in the lid and base, we can replace the latches. The magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm so the lid closes flush. On a printed sample you can see both options before you commit.
