How the box is built

The shell is rigid board, not solid wood. That keeps the weight down and the price reasonable while still giving you a hard, flat surface for foil stamping and embossing. The double-door front is hinged so it opens wide and stays open on its own. Magnets are set into the closing edges. Our control tolerance on magnet position is plus or minus 1 mm, so the doors line up every time.

Inside, a wine-red EVA foam tray holds two bottles. The tray is cut to your bottle shape, which means we need either your bottle dimensions or a sample bottle to work from. The insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm. That is tight enough to stop movement, but not so tight that your line staff fight to get bottles in.

Bottle fit and our checks

The EVA insert is the critical part here. We cut it from your bottle profile, so the neck and shoulder are supported, not just the base. A bottle held only at the base will lean and knock against its neighbour. We hold at four points. Before any box leaves our floor, we run our in-house checks: shake the loaded box for 10 seconds, no movement. Tilt it 45 degrees, no slide. Invert it, no release. If your bottle shifts in any of those, we recut the insert. You do not pay for a box that lets wine move.

Does the price include the paper bag?

Yes, the matching red paper bag is part of this set. If you want a different bag colour or a different material, that is a custom option. Just tell us when you send your requirements.

What if the gold foil wears off in shipping?

Gold foil is stamped into the board, not printed on top. It does not rub off like ink. We also run a 1.2 m six-face drop test with bottles loaded and a 24-hour top load test at 40 kg or more. If the foil or the box fails, we fix it before shipping.
