2-Bottle Wine Glass Set Gift Box with Double-Door Design
This is a gift set box, not a shipping carton. It holds two wine bottles and two glasses in a double-door rigid board structure. The printed scene is a white horse under a vine at night, in orange and blue, with gold foil and embossed texture on the surface. It suits wineries putting together a holiday set, or a brand that wants a cultural angle to its gifting. The box reads as a presentation piece when the doors open. If you need solid wood, this is not that. If you need a rigid board box with a full printed scene and a foam interior, this one does the job.
- Double-door opening. The front splits in two and swings open to show the bottle and glasses. It is a slower reveal than a lid-and-base box. Good for retail display or a gift that gets opened in front of someone.
- Printed night scene. Orange and blue, a white horse beneath a vine. Gold foil stamping and embossed texture add depth to the paper. The print is CMYK with UV coating and lamination over it.
- Foam insert holds the set. Two wine bottles and two wine glasses sit in a universal card slot liner with a bottle opener. The foam keeps each piece from knocking against the next during handling.
- Rigid board body. Built on 1400 g greyboard with 157 g texture paper. That is above our 1200 g minimum for wine boxes, and the board weight suits a two-bottle gift set that will be picked up and opened.
- OEM and ODM friendly. Logo, colors, sizes, inserts, and packaging style can all be changed. We send 3D mockups and physical samples before mass production.

Customisation
The print is fully custom. You can change the colors, the scene, the logo placement, and the foil stamping. The box size can be adjusted to fit different bottle shapes, and the foam insert can be recut for your specific bottles and glasses. The double-door structure can stay or be swapped for a lid-and-base. We work from your dimensions or a bottle sample, send a blank sample for structure first, then a printed sample for the visual.
How the box is built
The body is 1400 g greyboard wrapped in 157 g texture paper. That combination gives the box a firm feel without being heavy. The double-door front is hinged on the sides, so the whole face opens in two panels. The doors meet in the middle and stay closed with a magnetic closure. The magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm in production, and the corners are checked at 90 degrees when erected.
The surface finish is UV coating and lamination over CMYK print. The white horse and vine scene is printed, then gold foil stamping and embossed texture are applied. The lamination protects the print from scuffs. Inside, the foam insert is a universal card slot liner. It holds two bottles and two glasses in cutouts, with a slot for a bottle opener. The insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm, so the pieces do not rattle.
Bottle and glass fit
Two wine bottles and two wine glasses sit in the foam liner. The liner is cut to hold each piece at four points, so no neck or shoulder is left unsupported. We check the fit three ways before shipping: shake the loaded box for ten seconds and watch for movement, tilt it 45 degrees and confirm nothing slides, then invert it and confirm nothing releases. The liner is also part of our in-house drop test. A loaded box is dropped from 1.2 meters on six faces. The foam has to hold the bottles and glasses in place through that.
Where this box fits
Wineries use this for a two-bottle gift set with glasses, often around holidays or a special release. It also works for liquor brands, corporate gifting, or a collector set that is meant to be opened and displayed. The double-door design makes it a good retail display piece on a shelf or counter. It is the wrong choice if you need a shipping box that will be stacked in a warehouse. The rigid board and foam are for presentation, not for parcel abuse. If your set travels by courier, it needs an outer carton.
Buyer questions
Can I use this box for bottles that are taller or wider than standard wine bottles?
Yes. The box size and the foam cutouts are both adjusted to your bottle dimensions. Send us the bottle height, diameter, and shoulder shape, or ship us a sample bottle. We recut the liner so each bottle is held at four points. The outside dimensions change to match.
Does the double-door front stay closed on its own?
It closes with magnets. The magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm in production, so the doors align when shut. The doors are checked at 90 degrees when open, and the creases are tested so they do not crack after repeated opening.
What if I want the same structure but a different printed design?
That is standard for us. You provide the artwork or a reference, and we handle plate making and proofing. The first article is approved by you before mass production. You can change the colors, the foil stamping, the embossed texture, and the lamination type.
